This year in my household we are focusing on character traits with our wise men. I made this quick reference for anyone looking to do the same. (FREE DOWNLOAD below) I keep it simple because, well, #life. Kids find the wise men, we review the character trait and read a corresponding verse. Happy ADVENTures to all, TWM ![]()

This years 2019 book sale profits are going to Cabaret Haiti Mission! We are participating in a holiday specific fundraiser that aims to bless this mission for the Christmas season. Christmas can be a very difficult time for this non-profit. It brings us such joy that we get to give to Gods kingdom in this way! To Him be the glory!
As many of you know, every year we devote our profits to missions. This year was no different than the rest, we took such delight in supporting these two missionaries.
Meet Sarah and James. These two embarked upon an exciting journey to Peru. They went with a team from their local church from the East Coast of Florida. They worked countless hours with the locals meeting various needs and providing English language education for the community in Peru. Through this ministry they were able to share the love of Christ. Sarah remarks "for me, I realized the mission field is truly all around us." The Traveling Wise Men thank you for your growing support. Your book purchases allow us to partner with missionaries around the world! A beautiful post from Visual Faith's, Connie Denninger, regarding The Traveling Wise Men!

Wanted to share this great write-up about the various different faith-based alternatives to the elf on the shelf. I am honored to be included in a fine group of authors who see the value in putting Christ first! Thanks Village Mama!
https://villagemamablog.com/five-christmas-alternatives-to-elf-on-the-shelf/ Kindly, TWM This is one of my favorite parts of what The Traveling Wise Men does... GIVING BACK! This year a protion of the proceeds of sales will go to an organization that is impacting lives in Africa. Their name comes from the Matthew 25:40 verse sharing "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." To read about some of their current projects check out their website at: http://www.2540.org/ Cheers to giving back, TWM What a fabulous season it has been. I was humbled to meet so many of you this year at my speaking events and book signings. I have enjoyed watching and hearing stories about how this simple tradition is impacting families during Christmas. It is my hearts desire that this enterprise would help families bring Christ back into their families and homes.
Speaking of purpose, it brings me great delight to announce that a portion of the 2016 Book Sale Proceeds went to Samaritans Purse. Many people know this organization for the Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. The truth is that is just one part of what this organization does. See more and read some truly heart touching stories at their website at https://www.samaritanspurse.org/ Thoughtfully yours, TWM As promised, they are free! We made these cards to encourage scripture to be present during the ADVENTure. We wanted them to be free to download because the word of God should be easily accessible to all at no cost! We pray for those in areas of the world where the bible is forbidden. Counting our blessings! To God be the glory, TWM ![]()

Chelsea WojcikAs a wife, mom, and teacher, I wanted a way to make the story of Christ's birth the daily focus of the Christmas season. I began writing The Traveling Wise Men in 2012 while trying to establish my own Christmas traditions. Soon, The Traveling Wise Men became a whole family project. So much love and prayer went into it. I hope that it might be a tool for children to learn about the awe-inspiring true story of the miracle of Jesus Christ.
